Q Where can I download specifications and manuals?
You can download registered files from the Specification and Manual tabs on each product detail page. E-Catalogs are available from the Resources menu.
Q What information should I prepare for product consultation?
Please provide the application, required input/output specifications, installation environment, quantity, and desired delivery date for a more accurate consultation and quote.
Q Can you provide customized system configurations?
Yes. We can consult on customized configurations for video signal processing, matrix routing, multimedia players, and other site requirements.
Q How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery time depends on the model, stock status, quantity, and customization requirements. Estimated lead time is provided during quotation.
Q How do I request after-sales service?
Contact the A/S center or main contact with the product name, issue details, purchase period, and your contact information. The responsible team will guide you after review.
Q Do you provide installation support?
Installation support or technical guidance may be available depending on project size and site conditions. Please consult us in advance to confirm the scope of support.
Q Where can I find dealer information?
Dealer information is available under the Company menu in Domestic Dealers and Overseas Dealers.
Q Can I request documents that are not in the Resources section?
If a document is not available in the Resources section, please request it through inquiry. We will check whether it can be shared and guide you accordingly.
Q How long does it take to receive a response?
We respond in order during business days. Requests that require product review or technical confirmation may take additional time.
